Have You Received Azalea Wind Records Through FOIL?
If you have received Azalea Wind documents through a FOIL request and believe they should be available to the public, you can send them to Project Frost for review.
Documents submitted to Project Frost will be reviewed for authenticity, relevance, private information, sensitive wildlife information, and duplicate records before publication. Sending a document does not guarantee that it will be posted.
I have been submitting FOIL requests to gather public records related to the proposed Azalea Wind project in Hector and Catharine.
But I know I am not the only person requesting information.
If you have received Azalea Wind documents through a FOIL request and believe they should be available to the public, please reach out to Project Frost. This includes records received from a town, county, state agency, or other public office.
When submitting documents, please include the agency they came from, the approximate request or response date, and the complete response if possible.
Before anything is posted, I will review the documents for private information, sensitive wildlife information, duplicate records, and anything else that should not be published. Sending a document does not automatically mean it will be posted.
The goal is to put relevant public records in one place so residents can see what information is available without everyone having to submit the same requests over and over again.
